Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

RADO PREP - DENVER METRO AREA

RADO PREP AAU BASKETBALL CLUB – REFUND POLICY At RADO PREP, we invest significant time and resources into planning each season, including tournament registration, facilities, uniforms, and coaching support. Because these commitments are made based on confirmed rosters, all registration and team fees are non-refundable once a player accepts their spot on a team—except under specific circumstances outlined below. Refunds may be considered for partial or full refunds in the event of a club-wide season cancellation or billing error, depending on the situation. We also want to ensure families are aware of an important protection option available at the time of this registration: ✅ Registration Insurance is now offered to all participants during sign-up. This optional coverage allows families to safeguard their investment by covering program fees in the event of injury, illness, job loss, relocation, or other unexpected disruptions. If you anticipate any reason you might need to withdraw outside of our standard refund policy, we strongly encourage you to select Registration Insurance below at this time of registration. This coverage is provided through a trusted third-party partner and offers added peace of mind throughout the season. Refunds will not be issued for voluntary withdrawal, missed practices or tournaments, dissatisfaction with team role or coaching decisions, or removal from the team due to behavioral or conduct-related issues. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Club Director and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days. By registering with RADO PPREP, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
